We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist who is passionate about high-quality dentistry and is looking to build a long-term role within our practice. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly, multidisciplinary team with a loyal patient base and excellent opportunities to develop cosmetic and restorative dentistry.
The Role
You will provide high-quality general and cosmetic dentistry to an established and growing list of private patients. Working alongside our experienced clinicians, hygienists and specialist Periodontist & Implant team, you will deliver exceptional patient care while building long-term relationships with your patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive dental examinations and diagnose oral health conditions.
- Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs and goals.
- Provide a full range of general dental treatments, including restorative dentistry, endodontics, extractions and preventative care.
- Deliver high-quality cosmetic dentistry, including Invisalign® treatment and composite bonding where appropriate.
- Utilise digital dentistry, including interpretation of digital radiographs and intraoral imaging.
- Maintain accurate, compliant and detailed clinical records.
- Educate and support patients with oral health advice and preventative care.
- Work collaboratively with our dental nurses, hygienists and specialist Periodontist & Implant team to provide outstanding multidisciplinary care.
- Participate in continuing professional development and remain up to date with advances in clinical dentistry.
About You
You will be an experienced clinician who enjoys delivering exceptional patient care and building long-lasting patient relationships.
Essential requirements include:
- GDC-registered Dentist with the right to work in the UK.
- A minimum of 10 years' experience in private dental practice.
- Invisalign® Certified Provider.
- Postgraduate qualification or advanced training in Composite Bonding, Aesthetic Dentistry or Smile Makeovers.
- Strong clinical skills across general restorative dentistry.
- Excellent understanding of occlusion, dental anatomy and treatment planning.
- Confidence using digital radiography and modern dental technologies.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous clinical record keeping and attention to detail.
- A caring, compassionate and patient-centred approach.
- A collaborative attitude and enjoyment of working within a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and delivering the highest standards of modern private dentistry.
