Northampton Dental Hub is our purpose-built, state-of-the-art private dental practice in the centre of Northampton.
Part of a long-established family-run dental group, we have built some of the busiest private dental practices in the region and have developed a model focused on high-quality dentistry, excellent patient service and providing clinicians with the facilities, patient flow and support needed to build extremely successful private careers.
Northampton Dental Hub is fully private and open 7 days a week, providing general, emergency, restorative, cosmetic and advanced dental treatment.
We are now looking for one outstanding General Dentist to join the team, working approximately 3–4 days per week, including alternate full weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
The Practice
The practice has been designed around modern private dentistry and provides clinicians with excellent equipment as standard, including:
- Top of the Range Belmont dental chairs
- Full CEREC system including Primescan 2
- iTero digital scanner
- Zeiss operating microscope
- CBCT
- Biolase
- Fully digital workflows throughout the practice
Our aim is to give clinicians the equipment, support and patient base required to carry out high-quality dentistry efficiently without having to compromise on materials or technology.
The Role
This is primarily a General Dentist position.
We are looking for a clinician who is confident providing high-quality private general dentistry and who is comfortable managing a broad range of patients independently.
As a minimum, we would expect competency in:
- Routine and non-surgical extractions
- Emergency dentistry
- Initial endodontic treatment and pain management
- Composite restorations
- Periodontal diagnosis and treatment planning
- Comprehensive general dental examinations
- General restorative treatment planning
Clinicians with appropriate postgraduate qualifications and experience may also receive referrals for more advanced restorative and cosmetic treatment within the group.

We are happy to consider clinicians at an earlier stage of their career, including dentists approaching completion of Foundation Training of DCT training, provided they can demonstrate strong clinical fundamentals, good communication skills and the right attitude towards private dentistry.
More experienced clinicians with postgraduate training are equally encouraged to apply.
Days Required
We are looking for someone able to work approximately:
3–4 days per week
You must be able to work:
Alternate full weekends – Saturday and Sunday
There is flexibility around the remaining weekday commitment for the right candidate.
Excellent Location for London Commuters
A number of clinicians within our group commute from London.
London Euston to Northampton is approximately 40 minutes by train, and the practice is around a 15-minute walk from Northampton station.
