Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with professionalism and flair
- Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards
- Manage multiple drink orders efficiently while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the bar fully equipped during busy hours
- Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and health regulations diligently
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of hospitality principles and excellent serving skills
- Understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for cash handling and measurements
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
- Effective communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
