Are you passionate about play? Do you believe children learn best when they're exploring, creating, climbing, building and following their own interests?
At Little Gems Kids Club, we're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join our friendly, supportive team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help us expand our provision for younger children while continuing to provide high-quality wraparound and holiday care.
What you'll be doing
- Creating a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels safe, valued and happy.
- Supporting children through high-quality, child-led play both indoors and outdoors.
- Planning and setting up engaging invitations to play.
- Encouraging children's curiosity, independence and confidence.
- Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
- Following the EYFS framework, safeguarding procedures and Little Gems' values.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification.
- Has a genuine passion for working with children.
- Loves being outdoors and embraces all seasons.
- Is kind, reliable, enthusiastic and a great team player.
- Brings creativity, initiative and a positive attitude every day.
