The position of Complex Manager will be integral to lead the next phase of the venues development.
This role will include:
- Full responsibility for 3G Pitch and Corner Flag bookings and their operations
- Management of all catering functions, including kitchen operations and bar staffing
- Achievement of specified income targets, particularly relating to events and added-value site usage
- Acting as the organisation's operational representative within local business community
- Reporting directly to the CEO, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategic direction.
- To support delivery of The FA National Game Strategy and the Devon County FA Business Strategy
- To contribute to the effective implementation of The FA's Safeguarding Operating Standard for County FA's
- To comply with FA rules, regulations, policies, procedures and guidance that are in place from time to time
You need to have a passion for hospitality, community engagement, and operational excellence to oversee the day-to-day management of the complex and help shape its future growth. You must be able to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Candidates must have strong commercial awareness and be able to demonstrate both team working and the ability to work unsupervised. Candidates should also have excellent people skills and communication. You need also to have a current driving licence and be able to work evenings and weekends.
