This role is suitable for experienced Project Managers or for candidates looking to take the next step into a project management position, provided they possess strong technical knowledge of sprinkler systems.

Role Overview
The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and growth of our business. With the full support of the Directors and the assistance of our established Estimating, Sales, Commercial, and Design teams, this is a well-supported opportunity to make a tangible impact on the future success of the company.
This position requires a confident, proactive, and highly motivated individual with the technical expertise and leadership qualities to help shape a growing division. You will be responsible for managing projects from contract award through to final commissioning and handover.
· Support the Projects Director in managing 3–5 designated installation teams
· Overall responsibility for 10–15 allocated schemes, including budgets, programmes, weekly reports, and site resources
· Act as the key link between Sales, Design, and Installation teams
· Work closely with an allocated Design Engineer to ensure project delivery
· Manage projects from contract award to final sign-off
· Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and project documentation
· Liaise with main contractors, clients, and internal stakeholders
· Attend site meetings to discuss project progress and installations
· Monitor project costs, quality, and programme compliance
· Carry out site inspections and audits
· Oversee installation of fire suppression systems, including sprinkler and water mist systems
· Manage system commissioning and final handover
· Provide regular reporting to Directors and senior management
· Support and supervise site teams to ensure high standards of delivery

This role is primarily field-based and requires regular weekly travel throughout the UK.
· Qualified Senior Pipe Fitter with experience in sprinkler system installation
· Proven industry, site, and management experience
· Previous pipe fitting background with a desire to progress into project management
· Comprehensive sector experience, including commissioning procedures, systems, and products
· Mechanical and electrical knowledge (advantageous)
· Valid CSCS Card
· Full, clean UK driving licence
· Strong communication and organisational skills
· A good understanding of fire suppression and sprinkler systems (essential)
