Exhibition Sales Executive — Governance, Risk, Compliance & AI
Location: Bournemouth, Christchurch & Poole (BCP), Dorset
Contract: Full-time, permanent — four days in the office, one day from home
Package: £40,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000–£65,000)

The role
Sell exhibition stands, sponsorship across a governance, risk, compliance, privacy and AI governance event portfolio — a flagship expo, plus executive forums, awards, conferences and digital products.
This is a proactive, phone-forward role, not an inbound order-taking one and you will be expected to generate your pipeline through outbound calling, email, & LinkedIn.
Essential
- Minimum 2 years' commercial B2B sales experience with a personal revenue target you consistently hit. Exhibition, sponsorship, media, conference or B2B subscription sales is ideal; strong transferable B2B sales experience will be considered.
- Excellent written English — clear, specific proposals and follow-ups without waffle.
