About the Role
As a Team Member, you'll be at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll work on the floor, serve customers, keep things running smoothly, and support your team across different areas of the business. Every day brings something new, and you'll get plenty of hands-on experience while picking up skills that will set you up for long-term growth with us.
What You'll DoServing Customers & Floor Support
- Welcome customers with a friendly attitude and help them with any queries
- Keep customer-facing areas tidy, clean, and well-presented at all times
- Answer questions about products, services, and current offers with confidence
- Handle customer requests quickly, professionally, and with genuine care
- Ensure every person who walks through our doors leaves with a positive experience
Daily Operations & Stock Handling
- Help set up for the day and keep operations running efficiently
- Unpack, check, and organise stock, materials, or equipment as needed
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards across all workspace areas
- Pitch in with administrative and operational tasks whenever needed
Team Collaboration & Learning
- Work closely with your colleagues to hit daily store and operational targets
- Jump in to support team members across different tasks during peak hours
- Attend regular shift briefings, catch-ups, and on-the-job training sessions
- Share practical ideas with team leads on how we can improve our daily service
What We're Looking For

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same
- Great attention to detail and good basic computer or system skills

Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, leisure, or team support is great to have, but it isn’t essential. We care much more about your attitude, energy, and eagerness to learn—full hands-on training will be provided from day one.
