Ravenshead Farm Shop is a family run business, we are looking for an experienced baker who has flair and passion, you will have experience working in a fast paced traditional bakery and fully competent in preparing and creating a wide array of baked goods, including pastry, bread, pastries, cakes & other confectionary.
We are looking for someone to help produce our core range of products within the bakery department, an individual with a passion for food ensuring consistency and quality is kept to the highest standards at all times.
The working week will consist of early morning starts or early morning finishes, this role requires confidence working independently, providing support and ensuring full availability of our amazing home made products for our customers at all times. You will possess great organisation skills, a team player, with a true can do attitude all while maintaining excellent food safety standards. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Baker to join our team.
Experience in a similar role is essential, a traditional baker who is looking for a change, maybe looking to be part of a business that is rapidly expanding & going places!
Salary based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: around 35/45 per week, must be willing to work weekends.

Experience/Requirements:
- Previous experience as a baker ideally 3+ years is preferred
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays if required
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
