We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and inspirational Nursery Manager to lead our nurturing early years setting that embraces a child-led, curiosity-driven approach to learning.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading the day-to-day running of the nursery
- Creating a warm, inspiring, and curiosity-led learning environment
- Supporting and developing a motivated early years team
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care, and education
- Building strong relationships with families and the wider community
- Ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining outstanding practice
- Championing child-led learning, open-ended resources, and authentic experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (minimum)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager
- Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted standards
- Passion for child-led learning and enabling environments
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Organised, reflective, and committed to continuous improvement
- Experience within a curiosity-led, Reggio Emilia, Montessori, or similar approach is desirable
