Automotive Service Advisor | Up to £19PH
3–4 Days per Week | 8:00am–5:00pm | Occasional Overtime
We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join HWB. If you’re professional, customer-focused, while enjoying a better work-life balance, this could be the perfect move.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for service customers
- Manage service bookings, reminders, courtesy cars, and customer updates
- Liaise with workshop teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Upsell additional work, liaise with warranty companies
- Filing end of the month account statements
Requirements:
- Previous Service Advisor experience is essential
- Confident, organised, and customer-focused
- Full UK driving licence
