You will be part of the Securing the Future Programme Team, line managed by the Workforce Workstream Lead and will be required to work closely with clinical, non clinical, estates, digital and business change teams. Effective cross functional collaboration is essential to ensure that programme requirements, technical standards and Trust priorities are met.
We are looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong project management skills, ideally gained within complex environments or large programmes, preferably with experience working in healthcare but this is not essential. You should have excellent organisation, planning and coordination capabilities, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. You should demonstrate your ability to navigate complexity, management of risk and informed decision making. You are proactive, solution focused and have a collaborative working style.

The Associate Project Manager will play a key role in driving workforce transformation and organisational change across the Securing the Future Programme, ensuring the effective coordination and delivery of projects that support the development of new workforce models, leadership structures, and cultural transformation. The postholder will work closely with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including workstream leads, clinical and operational leaders, digital and innovation teams, and specialist workforce advisors, to ensure project objectives are met and change initiatives are successfully embedded.
