Do You Have the Energy to Inspire Children?
We’re looking for a bubbly, energetic and genuinely caring person who wants to make a difference in children’s lives.
You don’t need to be a trained dancer or have a professional dance background to apply. What matters most to us is your personality, enthusiasm and passion for helping children learn, grow and succeed.
If you’re the kind of person who walks into a room and naturally brings energy, positivity and a whole lot of fun with you, we’d love to hear from you!
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading fun, engaging and energetic dance and storytelling sessions for children.
- Creating a happy, positive environment where every child feels included, encouraged and supported.
- Inspiring children to participate, build confidence and develop new skills.
- Helping children celebrate their achievements, whether they’re big milestones or small steps forward.
- Building positive relationships with children, teachers, staff and parents.
- Bringing enthusiasm, creativity and a “can-do” attitude to every session.
- Following all company policies and UK safeguarding requirements.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be someone who is:
- Energetic, enthusiastic and naturally bubbly.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Patient, kind and encouraging.
- Confident communicating with both children and adults.
- Positive and able to think on your feet when things don’t quite go to plan!
- Reliable, professional and responsible.
- Happy working independently as well as being part of a team.
- Genuinely excited to see children grow in confidence and achieve their goals.
Supporting Every Child
- You may be working with children with SEN and additional needs, so patience, understanding and a willingness to adapt are really important.
- You don’t need to be an SEN specialist — we’re looking for someone who genuinely wants every child to feel included, supported and proud of what they can achieve.
No Dance Background? No Problem!
You don’t need to arrive with all the skills or experience. We can teach you what you need to know.
What we can’t teach as easily is warmth, enthusiasm, energy and a genuine desire to help children feel confident and proud of themselves.
Your background might be in childcare, teaching, sport, fitness, performing arts, education, youth work — or you might simply be a parent who has lots of experience encouraging, entertaining and bringing fun to children!
If you have the right personality and genuinely love working with children, we want to hear from you.
Everything You Need Is Provided
You won’t need to worry about buying or supplying lots of equipment yourself.
We provide everything you need for your sessions, including speakers, music, props and other resources. We’ll also provide guidance and support to help you feel confident delivering fun and engaging sessions.
A Job That Fits Around Family Life
Looking for something rewarding that fits around the school day?
This could be an ideal role for parents who are available after the school drop-off and want to make the most of their mornings doing something they genuinely enjoy.
If you have a few mornings available during school term time, you could spend those hours bringing fun, confidence and creativity into children’s lives — and still be finished in time for the school run.
The role is generally 9:30am–1:30pm, Monday to Friday, with the option to commit to specific days of the week.
So, if you’re looking for a flexible, rewarding role that works around family life, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Why Join Us?
We believe every child deserves to feel confident, included, encouraged and proud of what they can achieve.
Every session gives you the opportunity to make a real difference.
It might be helping a shy child come out of their shell, encouraging someone to try something for the first time, or seeing the huge smile on a child’s face when they realise “I can do it!”
Those little moments really matter to us!
You’ll be joining a team that genuinely cares about helping children grow in confidence, develop their skills and enjoy themselves along the way.
✅ Please Only Apply If You Can Honestly Say YES To The Following:
- You hold a full NI driving licence and have use of your own vehicle.
- You are willing to complete an AccessNI disclosure check as part of the recruitment process.
- You are energetic, committed and self-motivated.
- You can commit to 9:30am–1:30pm Monday to Friday, or specific days during the working week.
- You have a genuine desire to help children succeed and develop in all areas.
Could This Be You?
If you can spare a few hours in the mornings, especially during school term time, and would love the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children across Belfast and beyond, this could be the perfect role for you.
You don’t have to be a professional dancer.
You don’t have to have years of experience.
You just need the energy, enthusiasm and heart to make children smile and believe in themselves.
