Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Cleaner to carry out a detailed builders/post-construction clean on a newly built property in Chelmsford.
Duties include:
- Removing dust, debris, masking tape, plaster and paint residue from all surfaces.
- Cleaning inside kitchen cupboards and fitted kitchen areas.
- Removing cardboard floor protection where required.
- Removing protective film from kitchen units, door sills, handles and other surfaces.
- Cleaning door and window frames and vacuuming window tracks.
- Cleaning doors and window frames using soft, non-abrasive cloths.
- Cleaning windows internally and externally.
- Thoroughly cleaning the bathroom, including removing any grout residue from tiles.
- Vacuuming and mopping all floors.
- Ensuring the property is left clean, dust-free and ready for use.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in builders or post-construction cleaning is preferred.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently.
- Must have appropriate cleaning experience and equipment.
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures.
Pay: £12.71-£18.70 per hour
