Administrative Assistant

What you'll be doing:
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence — emails, letters, and phone calls
- Recording and managing invoices, incoming payments, and accounts
- Scheduling deliveries and collections
- Assisting with reports and other documents as needed
- Monitoring and updating stock levels
