Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled General Builder to join our small dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of building tasks to ensure the successful completion of residential projects. Your expertise will help bring construction visions to life, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, develop your skills across multiple trades, and contribute to creating safe, durable, and aesthetically pleasing structures.
Duties
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing to meet project specifications
- we Are prominently a joinery based team and carry out extensions and renovations across Perthshire and Fife. This would suit a candidate who would be willing to work alongside other trades when required.
Experience
- Proven experience in general construction or building trades with a strong understanding of multiple skills listed above.
This position may suit somebody who is looking for full time work or also somebody who is just looking for a few days a week of regular work.
The position is open to self employed or employed candidates and a van can be supplied if required for the right person.
