Days: 8am - 8pm
2-Week Rolling Rota:
Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday
Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

About the Role

Join us as a Care Team Leader and play a vital role in delivering outstanding care to our residents every day.
Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for leading shifts, coordinating staff, administering and overseeing medication procedures, carrying out care assessments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Through your leadership, you will help create a supportive, positive environment where residents can thrive and colleagues feel valued and empowered.
