An exciting opportunity as become available in our sales team. We are looking for a Logistics Account Coordinator to join our dedicated team at our Colchester office. This is a vital role in our logistics operations, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Rate & commercial negotiations.
- Development & implementation of both new & existing business & products.
- Management & revision of rate structures.
- Escalation point for ECC Internal departments (Customer Services, Operations, Administration, Legal).
- Escalation point for clients as required.
- Business reviews to be held with clients (remote/client site/Ewals location) – Expectation twice yearly (minimum).
- Monthly reviews with ECC Production team – CSD – developments, results etc.
- Weekly volume & monthly financial reviews with Line Manager.
- Monthly financial analysis including budget vs actual.
- Credit terms adherence & improvement (link to DSO – day sales outstanding, reduction plan).
Hours of work consists of:
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30
