Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces, using commercial cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with health and safety regulations
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and cleaning products to ensure operational efficiency
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed diligently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution
- Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to ensure consistent quality across all areas
- Support team members during busy periods by assisting with additional cleaning tasks as needed
Experience
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to cleanliness and safety standards
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
