The NTC is a volunteer-led youth organisation focused on developing confidence, leadership, and life skills through maritime and adventure training activities.
Our recruitment process moves through stages. Candidates will receive an initial response within 72 hours and we will only close down the opportunity when successful candidates have been appointed.
We will meet with any candidates interested virtually. We will then need to complete the administration and vetting process. This will include a DBS check, as well as establishing your right to volunteer in the United Kingdom. We will also need two references.
Once this has been completed, there is an ongoing minimum training requirement including safeguarding.
