What we’re looking for:
· A commitment to producing high quality food following strict regulations is essential.
- Attention to detail is key so you must demonstrate a high level of accuracy and meticulous record keeping, be efficient, organised and have excellent planning skills.
- You must be self-motivated, able to work independently and take the initiative and have a desire to continually learn and develop.
- Previous experience in fast-moving food preparation is desirable.
- There will be a requirement for you to work in a low temperature environment.
- You must have a high level of written and spoken English and good numeracy skills.
- You must be eligible to work in the UK.
- A real ‘can do’ attitude is a must to help make our team brilliant and love working together!
About the role:
We provide safe and nutritious meals for children so knowledge and understanding of our strict food safety guidelines will be required. You will demonstrate high quality standards with every task, prepare intermediate ingredients following recipes, and provide general and deep cleaning to ensure our work environment remains hygienic and safe to the highest standards.
As Food Production Team Member, you will need to:
· Train across four core areas: Preparation, Cooking, Packing Hygiene.
· Maintain KPI and SALSA requirements.
· Foster a passion for our food, our vision, our teams, and our partners.
· Continually live, encourage, and celebrate our values.
