Our venues operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends and bank holidays, is essential.
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, outgoing and approachable
- Passionate about providing outstanding customer service
- Reliable, honest and professional
- Confident working in a busy environment
- Organised with the ability to multitask
- Comfortable using basic computer systems
- Well presented with a positive attitude
- A great team player
Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail or leisure is an advantage, but not essential—we'll provide all the training you need.
What you'll be doing
As a Customer Service Assistant, you'll help create an enjoyable, safe and welcoming experience for every customer by:
- Welcoming customers and creating a friendly atmosphere
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout every visit
- Promoting our products, services and latest gaming entertainment
- Assisting customers with machine information where appropriate
- Handling cash accurately and responsibly
- Preparing and serving complimentary refreshments
- Maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Carrying out key holder responsibilities following training
- Supporting the Venue Manager with the day-to-day running of the venue
- Completing administrative and compliance tasks
- Helping maintain a safe, responsible and fully compliant gaming environment
- Supporting the training and development of colleagues when required
