We are looking for reliable and hardworking Line Packers to join our Production team. This role is essential to ensuring our products are packed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position involves a five-day working week with two scheduled days off. The working pattern will include at least one weekend day. Start and finish times may vary, so a high degree of flexibility is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the product is sorted and packed to the required standard and and meets both the customer and Driscoll’s specification.
- Responsible for all related activities that could affect product safety, legality, authenticity, quality, and brand integrity in accordance with site policies and procedures.
- Maintain standards of health & safety, hygiene, and security. Adhere to environmental practices.
- Regular manual handling of heavy objects, weighing up to 25kg.
- Exhibit Driscoll’s values of passion, humility and trustworthiness in all interactions.
