The Opportunity
This is much more than a traditional administration role.
As our Sales Support Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Sales team and ensuring our customers receive an outstanding level of service. You’ll work with major retailers around the world, helping coordinate orders, maintaining product information and supporting exciting new product launches.

Key Responsibilities
· Provide first-class administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of sales operations.
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently via email and telephone.
· Keep customers updated on orders, deliveries and payment information.
· Respond promptly to customer enquiries and help resolve any issues professionally.
· Manage and update customer sales portals with product information, images and descriptions.
· Prepare and dispatch product samples to key retail customers around the world.
· Maintain customer-specific product listings, pricing sheets and documentation, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
· Support the planning and organisation of UK and international trade shows and exhibitions.
· Work closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Design and Operations to deliver exceptional customer service.
· Assist with a variety of sales support projects as the business continues to grow.
About You
We’re looking for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in delivering excellent service and thrives in a busy team environment.
You’ll ideally have:
· Experience in a Sales Support, Sales Administration, Customer Service or Office Administration role.
· Excellent organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
· The ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· A friendly, confident and professional communication style.
· Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
· Experience using CRM or ERP systems would be an advantage.
· A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach to solving problems.
· A genuine desire to be part of a collaborative and supportive team.
