Job Summary

Duties

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Prepare compelling presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and external audiences
- Analyse market trends and performance metrics using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of marketing plans
- Monitor budget allocations and optimise resource utilisation for maximum impact
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and mentorship to foster professional development
Experience
- Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within B2B environments
- Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex campaigns on time
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and specialised IT tools
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Analytical mindset with strong analysis skills to interpret data and inform decision-making
- Knowledge of IT systems relevant to marketing operations is advantageous
- Effective organisational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
