A welcoming SEND school in Wallington is looking to recruit a dedicated SEND Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of additional learning needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.
- Support pupils with a variety of SEND needs throughout the school day.
- Work alongside teachers to adapt learning and encourage participation.
- Help pupils develop communication, confidence, and independence.
- Support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes.
- Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
- A patient, caring, and adaptable approach.
- Confident supporting pupils with a range of learning and communication needs.
- Passionate about making a positive difference every day.
- Willing to support with personal care if required and undertake MAPA training.
