- Working Pattern: 5 days per week, including alternate Saturdays (with a weekday off in those weeks)
- Working Hours: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

We are seeking a professional and organised Treatment Coordinator to join our dental practice. This is a patient-facing role focused on coordinating consultations, supporting patients throughout their treatment journey, and ensuring an efficient and positive patient experience.
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, enjoy working with people, and be able to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.
Essential:
- Previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager, Treatment Coordinator (TCO), or in a similar leadership role within a dental practice.
- Experience using Dentally practice management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.
- Strong organisational skills
- A growth mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for helping the practice achieve its full potential.
- Commercial awareness and a passion for growing the business while maintaining exceptional patient care.
- A proactive problem-solving attitude—someone who embraces challenges, takes initiative, and focuses on finding solutions rather than obstacles.
- Confidence discussing treatment plans and finance options with patients.
- The ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and remain calm under pressure.
- A positive, hands-on approach with a willingness to support the team wherever needed.
- A thorough understanding of CQC compliance, GDPR, and dental practice regulations.
Desirable:
- A clinical background as a Dental Nurse, Dental Hygienist, Dental Therapist, or other dental professional.
- Current GDC registration would be an advantage.
- Experience in private dentistry, treatment coordination, and improving treatment acceptance.
- Experience monitoring KPIs, implementing new initiatives, and driving continuous improvement.

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
