This is a meaningful and rewarding role where you will help deliver impactful training to health and social care professionals, supporting improved understanding and care for people with learning disabilities and autism.
We are currently seeking Facilitators Trainers UK wide.
Key Responsibilities (Facilitator)
- Facilitate Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training Tier 1 sessions in person
- Deliver engaging, structured, and professional training sessions
- Work collaboratively with co-trainers to ensure high-quality and effective delivery
Essential Requirements (Facilitator)
- Tier 1 Facilitator certificate for the Oliver McGowan Mandatory Training and hold a unique Oliver McGowan Trainer ID with the NHS
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A passion for promoting awareness, inclusion, and high standards of care
- Willingness to travel to training locations across England (if required)

Pay: £200.00-£300.00 per day
