Female Waking Night Complex Care Support Worker
Location: North Norfolk (NR12)
Pay: £14.00 per hour

Are you an experienced Complex Care Support Worker who enjoys providing high-quality one-to-one care during waking night shifts?
Ambition Community Healthcare is looking for compassionate and reliable Female Waking Night Complex Care Support Workers to support an individual with complex clinical needs within their own home in North Norfolk.
This is a rewarding opportunity to provide specialist overnight care while making a genuine difference to one person's quality of life.
About the role
Working as part of a dedicated care team, you will provide waking night support, ensuring the individual's safety, comfort and clinical needs are met throughout the night.
This package requires support workers who are confident following detailed care plans and delivering high-quality complex care.
Experience in the following areas would be highly desirable:
- PEG feeding
- Non-Invasive Ventilation (NIV)
- Cough Assist
- Nebuliser therapy
- Complex medication administration
- Moving and handling using hoists
The individual is non-verbal and communicates using an iPad, so excellent spoken English and clear communication skills are essential.
What we're looking for
- Previous care experience
- Complex care experience is desirable
- Experience with PEG, NIV or similar clinical interventions is advantageous
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Compassionate, reliable and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
