Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of two solo placements, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding
- Develop, implement, and review individual care plans to promote positive outcomes
- Ensure full compliance with Ofsted and all regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain a positive, therapeutic, and child-centred environment
- Supervise, mentor, and support a team of staff to deliver outstanding care
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager within children’s residential care
- Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties
- Strong leadership skills with a child-centred, outcomes-focused approach
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes
