We cook from scratch, champion local produce, and give our chefs freedom to experiment, elevate, and innovate. We don't just follow culinary trends—we want you to set them.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be a senior part of the creative heartbeat of the venue.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Menu Development: Crafting innovative, seasonal dishes and modern pub classics that keep guests coming back.
- Team Mentorship: Building a positive, high-energy, and growth-focused kitchen culture.
- Service Excellence: Ensuring every plate leaving the pass meets exceptional standards of taste, precision, and presentation.
- Kitchen Management: Overseeing daily prep, ordering, and maintaining total compliance (EHO, safety, and hygiene).
