This is an opportunity for a strong retail leader to take the reins in one of our most prestigious and highest-revenue stores. Passionate about technology, you flourish in a fast-paced environment. With a strong understanding of how to motivate teams, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences to make a real impact, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day running of a thriving store, leading from the front. You’ll maintain high standards across network provision, repairs, customer satisfaction, sales performance, and team development, ensuring all colleagues are trained and supported to fully understand the products and how to engage customers on the purchasing journey.

The package:
- Base salary to £32,000 plus incentives

You need to have:
- Experience managing a mobile phone or technical product store
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to excite your team and your customers
- Good knowledge of network airtime, insurance & warranty products, mobile phones, tablets and repair services
- People management in a target-driven environment, with a coaching mindset
- Proactive and influential; able to motivate teams to reach or exceed metrics/ KPIs
Good to have but not a deal-breaker:
- Management or Senior Advisor experience in a carrier/ network-owned store
- Hands-on experience with mobile phone repairs
- Experience or understanding of broadband services
