Our 160-cover destination features an oyster bar, fireside grill, cocktail bar, and year-round terrace, offering an exceptional dining experience in the heart of Mayfair.

Previous experience within a high-volume premium restaurant is essential
You will bring the following skills and experience:

Experience in a similar role in a busy high-end restaurant

Outstanding communication and people skills.

Courteous, friendly personality and professional appearance.

Superb multitasking skills and eye for detail

Ability to demonstrate excellent service with speed and efficiency

Strong problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills, ability to handle tense situations with co-workers and customers calmly and rationally.

Able to meet physical and scheduling demands of the position, including, walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

A working knowledge of health and safety, compliance and procedures.

Available to work different hours including weekends, days, and nights.
