Overview
We are seeking a motivated qualified Electrical Improver/mate to join our skilled team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their electrical skills within a professional environment. The successful candidate will assist senior electricians with various tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in electrical installation and maintenance projects. Responsibilities
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
- Test in occupied/unoccupied properties - produce digitally EICR's
- Carry out follow on remedials arising from EICRs
- Carry out installation/upgrade works within Domestic/Commercial premises.
- Prepare work areas by organizing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Fault finding/troubleshooting basic electrical issues
- Follow technical instructions and safety guidelines during all tasks.
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
- Experience with hand tools and power tools used in electrical work.
- MUST HAVE LEVEL 3 NVQ / 18TH EDITION
- 2391 TEST & INSPECTION ADVANTAGEOUS / WILLING TO COMPLETE
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work safely following established procedures and guidelines.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and punctuality.
Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
