Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of living or working spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by washing dishes, cleaning countertops, and ensuring appliances are spotless
- Restock supplies like toiletries, cleaning products, and linens as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide friendly and professional customer service by addressing client requests and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Assist with special cleaning projects such as deep cleans or move-in/move-out preparations
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Experience in hotel housekeeping or similar hospitality roles is a plus
- Basic cooking skills are desirable to assist with light meal preparation or kitchen maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness and organization
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, respectful attitude
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning duties throughout the shift
