Market Stall Manager – Bakery Sales (5 Days per Week)
Location: Bicester Area
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 6:30am – approx. 4:00pm
Key Requirements (Essential):
- Full, clean driving licence
- Based in or within a short commute of Bicester
- Friendly, reliable and confident in customer-facing roles
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude
We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and sales-driven individual to manage and run our successful bakery stalls at local markets and farmers’ markets.
This is a hands-on, varied role where you will travel to different towns each day, taking full responsibility for your stall. The role includes driving our van to market locations, setting up an attractive stall display and actively engaging customers to sell our wide range of freshly made bakery products.
At the end of each day, you will pack down the stall and return the van and any unsold goods to the bakery.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, meeting people, and taking ownership of their work while delivering excellent customer service. Some retail experience is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
