About the Role
As a Trainee Stonemason Installer, you'll work alongside our experienced team fitting worktops and surfaces in kitchens and bathrooms across residential and commercial properties. We work with a range of premium materials including quartz, marble, and granite, so you'll gain broad, hands-on experience across the industry. This is a demanding, physical role where strength and stamina are essential — slabs are extremely heavy, and a significant part of the job involves lifting, carrying, and manoeuvring large, awkward pieces safely on a daily basis.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lifting, carrying, and handling very heavy stone and quartz slabs — this is a core part of the role every single day
- Assisting with the delivery and installation of worktops and bathroom surfaces
- Learning to measure, cut, and fit a range of materials to a high standard
- Preparing work areas and ensuring installations are completed neatly and professionally
- Representing Classico Marble with pride in customers' homes
