Accounts Senior – Redditch
£35,000 - £40,000 DOE + Career Progression
Clark Wood are recruiting for an Accounts Senior to join a well-established firm of Chartered Accountants in Redditch.
This role would suit an Accounts Senior, Accounts Semi Senior or AAT / ACA / ACCA Accountant with previous UK accountancy practice experience.
The Role
- Preparing statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
- Preparing management accounts and VAT returns
- Managing a portfolio of SME and owner-managed business clients
- Supporting clients with Xero and cloud accounting
- Assisting Managers with client assignments and advisory work
- Managing deadlines and ensuring work is completed accurately
The Person
- Previous accountancy practice experience
- Experience working with SME and OMB clients
- Strong Xero and cloud accounting knowledge
- Good communication and client management skills
- AAT, ACA / ACCA part-qualified, qualified or QBE
