We are looking for a Interventions Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to join Brakenhale Schooland become an integral member of the team.

Main responsibilities:

To implement and oversee provision for students with complect needs that supports them in acheiving outstounding outcomes and where relevant, meets EHCP requirements.
- To ensure the implementation of interventions is excellent through providing frequent training and support for the team and briefing all stakeholders on how to implement pupil passports for the students you are leading proviisons for.
- To lead RWI and ensure it is implenented effectivley through regular training, monitoring, review and analysis of data.
- To oversea all relevent online learning programmes, including Academy21 and telepresance robots.
You will need:

GCSE Maths and English at Grade 4/C or equivilant
- Relevant qualifications within education, SEN or behaviour management
- Appropriate experience within a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to establish positive relationships with staff at all levels
