We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable experience. This role involves preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right candidate. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and company policies
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring prompt service to customers
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces
- Serving food to customers
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent serving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling cash & card transactions accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanour with strong communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or shifts as required; punctuality is essential
