Minster Cleaning is looking for a reliable Mobile Cleaning Operative to support our commercial cleaning sites across Nottinghamshire.
This is a key operational role within our team, covering holidays, sickness and new site start-ups while helping maintain high cleaning standards across our client portfolio.
You will be provided with a company vehicle and fuel card, and all travel is within Nottinghamshire only.
If you enjoy variety, responsibility and working independently, this role offers more opportunity and stability than a standard cleaning position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Covering cleaning shifts across multiple commercial sites
- Supporting existing cleaners and assisting new starters
- Maintaining high cleaning standards
- Assisting with quality checks and site audits
- Delivering cleaning stock and equipment when required
- Working occasional weekends on a rota basis
No two days are the same — flexibility is essential.

Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning experience
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Flexible to cover different sites when required
