We are currently looking for a Room Attendant to join our team.
Reporting directly to the Housekeeping Manager, Responsibilities include:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing in Guest Bedrooms and Public areas
- Making and stripping Beds.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Notify any damages to the Housekeeper.
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience.
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices.
Requirements
- Previous experience is not necessary but would be prefered , additional training will be given.
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Customer-oriented and friendly out-going personality as you will come into contact with Guests on a daily basis.
- Working quickly without compromising quality.
- Working knowledge of housekeeping.
