Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Executive to join our team in Preston.
The Role
This is a consultative B2B sales role focused on generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term clients.
You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting UK businesses
- Conducting discovery conversations
- Presenting tailored marketing solutions
- Managing your pipeline
- Closing deals
We are specifically looking for experienced outbound sales professionals with a strong background in cold calling and closing deals.
Please note: This is a full-time office-based role in Preston and is not suitable for remote-only or overseas applicants.
Applicants without previous B2B sales experience will not be considered.
Earnings Potential
- Basic salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE
- Uncapped commission structure
- Realistic OTE: £50,000 – £80,000+
- Average client values: £2,000 – £4,000
- Larger deals regularly available

Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting
- Build relationships with business owners and decision-makers
- Conduct discovery calls and needs analysis
- Deliver sales consultations and proposals
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
- Achieve and exceed activity and revenue targets
This position requires consistent outbound activity including approximately 80–140 calls per day.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years B2B sales experience
- Proven track record in outbound phone sales
- Experience managing a sales pipeline
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to work within a fast-paced sales environment
