Job Title: Recycling Operative
Working pattern - Monday - Friday (06.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00 SHIFTS) ROTA BASIS
Contract - Permanent
Location: Client site – Goldcrest Way, Severn Beach
The Role:
To provide high quality recycling and waste management services to the client.
Key Accountabilities:
· Baling and recycling card and plastic
· Manually sort and segregate waste types into various streams for recycling
· Ensure the working area complies with Health and Safety laws
Essential:
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills and experience:
· Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
· Highly organised, proactive and methodical
· Good attention to detail with the ability to prioritise and multi-task
· Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate flexibility
· Due to the physically demanding nature of the role, fitness is essential
