we are looking for a reliable and hardworking cleaner for our shawarma restaurant on Seven Sisters Road, London.
Duties include:
- Deep cleaning the kitchen
- Cleaning floors and walls
- Cleaning equipment and work surfaces
- Toilets and customer area
- Maintaining high hygiene standards
Experience in restaurant cleaning is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and organisation throughout the premises
- Use cleaning equipment and products safely and effectively
- Restock supplies as needed to ensure continuous cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Assist with organising storage areas and disposing of waste responsibly
Experience
- Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English are required to understand instructions and interact professionally with team members and clients
- Customer service skills are desirable, especially when engaging with clients or visitors during the cleaning process
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
