MSS Infrastructure Ltd are currently looking for experienced Groundworks Gangers to join a major infrastructure project based in Chipping Warden.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual with groundworks and pipeline experience to lead site operatives and support the successful delivery of civils works on a busy infrastructure scheme.

Lead and supervise a team of groundworkers on site

Support pipeline, drainage and general civil engineering activities

Coordinate daily tasks, labour and materials

Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with RAMS
-
Promote high standards of health, safety and housekeeping
-
Liaise with site management to ensure programme targets are achieved

Monitor quality, productivity and workforce performance

SSSTS
-
Green or Blue CSCS Card
-
Minimum 3-4 years' experience within groundworks or civil engineering

Previous experience leading small site teams

Full UK Driving Licence

Own vehicle due to site location
