About us -
Devoncare are proud to announce that we are now a Living Wage Employer!
Please Note - We are unable to offer sponsorship at this time.
Based in Plymouth, we provide high-quality domiciliary care and supported living services to individuals living with a wide range of conditions, illnesses, and disabilities. Our support enables people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes, in care homes, or on an ad hoc basis depending on their needs.
The people we support are always our top priority. We focus on what matters most to them — offering the help they need and encouraging them to do the things they enjoy, while maintaining their skills, independence, and sense of control.
We are proud to be rated 'Good' by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), reflecting our commitment to Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-led, and always delivering Person-Centred Care.
We can offer flexible contracts, with specific details discussed at interview. The minimum shift length is 8 hours.
If you're a UK resident, eligible to work without restrictions, and do not require sponsorship, we’d love to hear from you too!
