Responsibilities
- Irrigate plants and gardens effectively to ensure optimal growth.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools for various gardening tasks.
- Perform groundskeeping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and removing weeds.
- Assist in the design and layout of gardens and landscapes.
- Maintain garden beds by planting, pruning, and fertilising plants.
- Monitor plant health and identify any issues such as pests or diseases.
- Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy by removing debris and litter.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve landscaping goals.
Skills
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to gardening tasks.
- Knowledge of groundskeeping techniques and practices.
- Experience in landscape maintenance and an understanding of plant care.
- Ability to grow various types of plants, flowers, and shrubs effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces.
- Excellent physical stamina to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
Pay: £300.00-£450.00 per week
