Commis Chef

We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our culinary team. Duties
- Ensure smooth daily operations in your section
- Assist food production, ensuring dishes meet quality standards and presentation requirements
- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with precision and creativity
- Handle food safety protocols, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with regulations
- Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock control efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience in a culinary role within a fine dining or Michelin starred restaurant
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food production techniques
- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
- Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality settings is highly desirable
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of kitchen management
- A passion for culinary arts, innovation, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
