WE ARE HIRING – Construction Health & Safety Administrator

Land Wide UK is looking for an experienced and highly organised Construction Health & Safety Administrator to join our growing team based in Norfolk.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast-paced construction and renewable energy environment, supporting major projects across the UK including Solar PV and Wind Farm developments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing health & safety documentation and compliance records
- Maintaining contractor accreditations and certifications
- Supporting site teams with RAMS, CPPs, and H&S files
- Monitoring training records and renewals
- Assisting with audits, inspections, and compliance reporting
- Liaising with clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensuring all projects meet current HSE legislation and industry standards
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in construction health & safety administration
- Strong understanding of construction compliance procedures
- Experience working within renewable energy projects, particularly Solar PV and Wind Farms
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and digital document systems
- Must hold or have knowledge of relevant industry accreditations and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- NEBOSH / IOSH certification
- CSCS knowledge
- Experience with ISO management systems
- Knowledge of renewable energy construction processes
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
